This dental unit is equipped with a widened dental patient chair with a plastic foot pad and a headrest, backrest, and seat cushion made of a soft, comfortable PU leather. The backrest features a buckle design, while the cushion features a split design. Both are quick and easy to detach for daily cleaning and maintenance.
The low-mounted instrument tray is PLC controlled and comes with a reset function. The dental unit also comes equipped with a control panel and LCD screen to assist dentists in observing operation to effectively prevent incorrect operation.
The headrest is telescopically adjustable. Length≤120mm, Forward inclination: 20°, Backward inclination: 40°
Noise≤ 45db. It is equipped with a high-quality, silent DC motor to ensure usage safety.
The four motor directions are controlled via hand or foot. The microcomputer control system features a reset function and supports PLC control. We can also use a preset program to control the electric circuit according to your requirements.
Dental Unit
The dental unit features a full computer control and operation panel. It is easy for dentists to observe and operate, effectively preventing incorrect operation.
Chair positioning control: The patient chair can be controlled for raising, lowering, backrest raising, and backrest recline. It also features reset function and supports PLC control.
LED cold light control: The light on/off and light intensity can be controlled by both manual button switch and infrared sensor switch.
Water heater control: Manually turn on/off.
Water flow control for mouthwash: Click button to turn on/off. The water supply duration can be manually set for an accurate mouthwash dosage.
Water flow control for spittoon flush: Click button to turn on/off. The spittoon flush duration can be manually set.
Control of the LED X-ray film viewer: Click button to turn on/off.
Rotatable unit box: The unit box is rotatable within 45°, thus offering more usable space for the dentist and dental technician to practice four handed dentistry, and more convenience for postoperative cleaning and maintenance.
Water purification system * 1: The water purification system provides clean water, including pure water, distilled water and more for the handpiece. The adjustment switch is easy to use.
The operation panel is equipped with an LCD screen to display the work status for a variety of dental unit components, including the water heater, spittoon flusher, LED dental operatory light, X-ray film viewer, and chair motion.
The spray water and air valve are located below the instrument tray, allowing the dentist to easily control the flow of spray water and air according to their needs.
The movable instrument tray remains fixed at any position along its movement path. It is flexible and easy to operate.
The control system operated by the assistant tray is convenient to use. It can be used to control the spittoon flushing, the water supply, the water heating, and the chair motion.
