Anle is a professional dental unit manufacturer with more than two decades of experience and a monthly production capacity of more than 700 sets. We offer the following services:

We provide custom services for customers, including the ability to change and modify subsidiary components to meet specific requirements, while the main dental unit structure remains unchanged. For example:
1. The instrument tray, assistant control system and instrument tray connecting arm can be changed to other models produced by us upon request.
2. The LED operating light can be changed to any other model produced by us upon request. Clients can also ask to have their own LED operating lights installed, so long as our dental units support said LED lights.
3. The scaler, curing light, endoscope system, and more are optional. They can be installed according to customer requirements.

We also offer OEM dental units to meet specific customer requirements. These units do not have Anle’s name on them anywhere.
The unit box and dental patient chair for our OEM dental units can be chosen from among any of our product models.

We provide the following aftersales services:
1. We or our dealers will provide installation and commissioning service to the client after product purchase.
2. We provide technical guidance and training for dealers and clients in regard to product use, precautions and maintenance.
3. Dental unit parts and accessories will be supplied in a timely manner for maintenance.
4. We established a service hotline for customer questions or complaints about products and services. We are available via phone, email or other methods, and we offer a complete array of service processes to ensure all questions and complaints are handled in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the customer. Customer opinions and questions will be recorded and used to improve product services and performance.

Each dental unit is packed in a closed wooden box, then shipped via road, sea or air transportation. The delivery period ranges between 7 to 15 days.
